Where do I stay?

We highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn in Roslyn or the Mansion at Glen Cove. Transit between the Academy and the Party at 386A makes these two locations ideal for an easy egress at the end of the night. So far, we have had great luck with local Uber and Taxi services, and are currently exploring Midshipman chauffeur services. Honestly, the last option is the funniest and therefore the most likely.

What is the kiddo policy?

Well, Paige is a pediatrician, and is pretty used to any and all childhood emergencies. All kids are welcome. However! Some of our content is R rated, and we do not plan on changing any content for given sensitivities. If your babies have no idea what we're saying, fine. If your teens ask uncomfortable questions after, we will not be held responsible.

You're getting hitched at the Academy??

It's cheap and pretty. Get off our backs.

Is there a Dress Code?

For our ceremony at the Academy, Dustin is planning on being in Marine Dress Blue Bravos. This is a time of transition for many of our friends. Even if you are leaving the military, we encourage Military Dress (ribbons, not medals) for the ceremony. For the reception, we want to see your interpretation of Elton John at Bilbo's one hundred and eleventieth birthday. Paige will be in sequins. Dustin will probably be in aloha crisp. With a boa. If you never get a chance to wear fun fancy stuff that might be too loud for some people, now is the time!

What's the skeddy?

Pre-Ceremony refreshments start at 10:00 at the US Merchant Marine Academy, 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024. Ceremony starts at 11:00. Cocktail Hour: 4pm at 386A Glen Cove Avenue, Glen Head, NY 11545. Reception shenanigans are expected from 1700 to 2300. We're millenials, and we no longer party 'till 0100.

I don't see a registry, why not?

Your presence is our present! We know and respect it takes money and time to come all the way out to NY, and we're pretty established in our homes (soon to be one!). If anyone is shooting for the moon, we wouldn't mind a 1984 911 SC, or his and hers Rolex's (Pepsi GMT for him, and Kermit Submariner for her).
